Description

Tough Love Fitcamp is a full body comprehensive training plan. Full body training, functional, weight loss program that will help you transform your body. Progress through increasingly different phases with the guidance of a coach. 9 weeks program and twice a week on Tuesday and Thursday for 30 minutes with a bonus day the last week. Your first session also includes nutritional guidance.
